Are you looking to have some ceiling fans installed? There are a couple of main questions to ask yourself when estimating the cost of this type of a project.
(1) Are there already fixtures installed, or will you need to have them put in to hold the fans? (What is a fixture - it is the metal base that is bolted into the ceiling or wall, to which the fan is affixed.)
No fixtures installed: If they are not yet installed, then you will need to figure that cost of drilling holes into the walls, framing up the fixtures, etc.
(a) What type of (wall or ceiling) material will the fixtures be installed into? Dry wall sheetrock, wood, stone?
Yes, the fixtures are already in place. All I need is for someone to connect the fans.
